Please note, the dates for the HMSA event in March are the 22nd and 23rd -- Friday & Saturday. This will be a quick turnaround for shops, cars and driver with CSRG ending Sunday the 17th, and back on track Friday the 22nd.

Our New Entry Application for the Monterey Pre-Reunion and Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion is now officially OPEN!
 
The design goal of this new entry request form is to make it as intuitive and user-friendly as possible. Plus, it is compatible with the most popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
 
For your convenience, attached are the run groups and tire regulations to review prior to applying. This will help speed up the process. The committee will review each entry and acceptances will be announced in two stages. The first group of accepted cars will be announced on March 29 and the final group will be announced on May 3.

We will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of this historic event—1974-2024—and are expecting a magnificent turnout. The Monterey Advisory Council and the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca team are working diligently toward enhancing the experience and setting a new high standard. And it all starts with you and your historic race cars.

ELKHART LAKE IN JULY
We have 7 cars signed up already! Here are the bullet points:

  • Towing will cost around $4800 round trip with Intercity. This is an incredible deal. We will be booking trailers in groups of 8 cars. The space will include your car, everything you can fit in the cockpit, 2 tote bins and 1 spare set of wheels. 

  • Tenting will cost around $250 per car. This is a giant circus style tent and it will keep us out of the elements (which can be prodigious in Wisconsin) For those of you towing yourselves, you don't need to be on the trailer to be under the tent. 

These numbers are an estimate, they will move +/- little based on final car count, albeit not too much. I hope to have this finalized by the end of the month. Please, if you are planning on entering and coming on the trailer, shoot me an email: ethan@shippertracingservices.com and get on the list. This way I can start a group email with pertinent information and billing/dates.
