TIRES...
Lots of folks asking about the tire situation this year. For the moment, Roger Kraus is sold out of Avons. Over the past few months, Avon was purchased from Goodyear by another company. The sale is being completed at this time I am told. Apparently there are tires in stock in the UK, but until the sale is complete nothing can be shipped. So for the moment we are forced to either run on used Avons or new Hoosiers. It's not the end of the world, the first part of the season might be a little bumpy but hopefully by mid-summer we should be back to normal.
It's not a great situation but the Hoosier is a decent option (much better than not running at all!) Your Crossflow Cup Team is asking that if you are going to buy Hoosiers in the interim, please purchase them through Roger Kraus as it will give them reason to come to the track. Roger and Brandon have taken care of us for a lot of years, we need to take care of them too!
